What carriers do you use for shipping?

We use FedEx.

Can I track my order?

Please email support@nautiqueswim.com with your request and we will provide you a tracking number. This will also be provided via email once the order has processed. For any other inquiries regarding tracking please email support@nautiqueswim.com

How long do orders take to ship?

Please allow 1-2 business days to process the order and another 2-3 business days once the order has been dispatched. For expedited shipping, once the order is dispatched it should arrive to you within 1 business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not ship to international addresses.
**Please advise that these shipping times are estimated provided by our carrier and could change dependent on weather, holidays, and weekend orders which could delay the process. **

Do you have a return policy?

We do provide a shipping return label in the event you need to return an item purchased. All swimwear and accessories need to be returned within 7 days to receive a full refund. Swimwear must have original tags and hygiene liners intact. Any damaged items will be subject to a 7% restocking/cleaning fee. Anything returned 7-14 days after the original purchase will receive store credit or exchange only. Make sure to include the order number and original receipt in your package to us. Sale/discounted items cannot be returned. They are final sale.

If the shipping address is incorrect, Nautique will not issue a refund or store credit because your order was not received. We will not re-ship an order because the shipping address was originally incorrect.
